Terms of Service

Scope
These terms cover use of the Service Dibo Ltd website and the services booked through it. Service-specific terms are confirmed in your written quote.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the scope agreed during assessment and remain valid for 30 days. If the scope changes, we re-quote before starting additional work.
Bookings and cancellation
Care giving placements and scheduled visits can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellation may incur a service charge.
Payment
Payment terms are stated on the invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due on completion for one-off work and monthly in advance for retained care services.
Our responsibility
We deliver services with reasonable skill and care and carry out pre-employment verification of staff. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or for issues arising from information not disclosed to us.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
