From one caregiver to three specialist teams
We began in Uttara providing patient care for families who could not be at the hospital every hour. Word travelled. Requests came for baby care, then old-age support, then the repairs and cleaning those same households struggled to arrange.
Instead of adding every service at once, we did the opposite. We trained one team properly, documented the work, and only then expanded. Today Service Dibo runs three dedicated units, care giving, repair and servicing, and cleaning, each with its own supervisors, checklists and quality reviews.
The result is boring in the best way. Clients call one number, get a clear price, and the work happens as described. That reliability is the whole product.
